A Creative Presence

Providence's music career began as a lead guitarist for We The Thousands, a Singaporean band. With a background in sound engineering from SAE Institute Singapore and theatre from LASALLE College of the Arts, Providence has worked as a technical specialist with audio architects Lin Asia and in post-production engineering at Mediacorp.

As a DJ and producer, Providence has shared stages with industry legends like Above & Beyond, Cosmic Gate, and Ferry Corsten, to name a few. His style is a mix of multiple genres, blending mainstream and underground sounds to create a unique listening experience.

Providence has released several tracks under Dutch labels Housepital Records and Royal Ravers Records, and he is currently working on content creation for FTWR-branded events. His talent has been recognized with numerous accolades, including being named Reverbnation's #2 EDM Local Artist in 2014 and having his track 'Chaos' listed as one of the Best 15 EDM Tracks on Beatport in November 2014.

Providence has also partnered with the esteemed film production company YETI to soundtrack commercials for brands such as Momo, Visa Vietnam, and Traveloka.

Currently, Providence is the Resident DJ at Frolic and a Co-founder of FTWR.Co, an event management company known for hosting events like Sativa Express and the 'ғᴛᴡʀ ᴘʀᴇsᴇɴᴛs' series of festivals. In the past, he has held Music Director roles at Snuffbox Speakeasy & Rehab Station and has curated music for venues like Sol Kitchen and House of Barbaard.
